Staffing MS complies with legislation governing the protection of personal data. This legislation regulates the handling of data that concerns you, and gives you various rights with regard to this personal data. Staffing MS is NEN 4400 certified, and is audited biannually according to this standard. NEN 4400 also regulates the protection of the privacy of users.

Handling of personal data
Staffing MS requests that you provide personal data, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and documents that prove your identity.

We will not disclose your personal data or data concerning your use of the website – such as the pages you visit or the services you access – to third parties, except in the situations set out below.

We may disclose your data to third parties if you agree to this disclosure. For example, if you submit your CV in response to an assignment, the manager and customer of the assignment (manager/HR officer) will have access to the CV. This data can be disclosed to companies and persons we employ to perform activities on our behalf.

The activities that are performed on our behalf include hosting our web servers, analysing data, providing customer service, and managing assignments. These companies and persons will have access to your personal data insofar as it is necessary for the execution of their tasks. They are not allowed to share this data with other third parties or use it for any purpose for which it is not intended.

Staffing MS will maintain control over and responsibility for all data that is disclosed in this fashion. We may disclose said data if so required by law, or upon the request of a government agency or regulatory authority, or in the event that we, in good faith, feel it is necessary to do so in order to: (a) comply with legal regulations or a summons; (b) protect the rights or property of the participants; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security; or (d) safeguard the personal safety of users or the public.

You may at any time edit or delete your personal data from our system.

Staffing MS has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss and unauthorised access, use, change or disclosure. Notwithstanding these measures, the internet is an open system, which means that we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never succeed in circumventing these measures or use your personal data for illegitimate purposes. We are not responsible for the use made of CVs by third parties who gain access to these CVs while accessing our searchable database. You may delete your CV from our searchable database at any time via your account settings. It does, however, remain a possibility that participants, and parties who have otherwise gained access to the database, may have stored a copy of your CV with their own files or in their own database. We are not responsible for the storage, use or privacy of the CVs or profiles in such cases. When you send us the data of a reference or candidate, it is your responsibility to ensure that they know that you have submitted their data, and have authorised you to do so in writing.
